Galesburg Tower Apartments is a modern six-story building consisting of one- and two-bedroom units. It is a premier apartment community for the elderly and/or disabled individuals of any age.  Features and amenities include maintenance free living, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, some utilities (water, sewer, trash) included, major appliances, on-site laundry, on-site management office, community room, craft room, beauty shop, intercom entry, beautifully landscaped grounds and patios, and a neighborly atmosphere of a small community.

Approximately 10% of the apartments are specially designed for physically handicapped/disabled individuals. The complex is in northwest Galesburg, conveniently located near shopping, banking, dining, medical facilities, and houses of worship. Rent is subsidized by the Federal Government for qualified applicants. A variety of educational and social events are scheduled with opportunities to be active and social while respecting independence and privacy.

The project was a $16 million multi-family housing bond project financed by QCREDA on behalf of the developer DRE Inc, Promex Midwest. Galesburg Apartments supports approximately 44 jobs.
