All regular meetings of the Authority will be held on the second Wednesday at 10:30 AM at the Quad Cities International Airport, Restaurant Conference Room, 220 69th Avenue, Moline, IL 61265. Meetings held on as-needed basis. 

Any person attending in person or by telephone and desiring to be heard is instructed to contact Warren Ribley at (866) 325-7525 by 5:00 pm the day prior to the start of the meeting.
