American Opportunity for Housing, Inc. (AOH) is a nationwide not for profit company that purchased and renovated the Pheasant Ridge Apartment Complex in Moline, IL. The 6-unit garden style apartment community is located on 70th Street just minutes from John Deere’s international headquarters. The Property is also located across the street from Black Hawk College and one block from the Quad Cities Campus of Western Illinois University. AOH is a Kansas 501c3 nonprofit that develops and provides affordable multifamily housing. They have developed projects in Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Kansas and Florida. In 2005, QCREDA issued a $7,000,000 bond that created 10 new jobs.
