Northwest Illinois Holdings LLC constructed a Supportive Living Facility in Galesburg, Illinois. The project provides housing for low-income elderly individuals who are unable to afford the monthly rental rates in similar conventional living facilities. A certain percentage of the property’s units will be set-aside for occupancy by very-low income households whose annual income is at or below a certain percentage of the area median income level, adjusted for family size. In 2007, QCREDA issued a $9,240,000 bond that created 25 new jobs.
